Easy Run | 6-9 miles | Central Park
Joe, Cara, and I met in the Park this afternoon to put in some miles at an easy pace. I have no idea how fast we ran, but we completed a lap of the Park with some of the running done on the bridal paths - distance was 6 to 9 miles (9 includes the run to and from Central Park). Nothing to note except the particularly bad weather: cold and rainy.
I'm looking forward to celebrating Joe's birthday tonight. The tequila and cask ales certainly won't make tomorrow's run any easier. (Joe's insane and participating in tomorrow's NYRR Joe Kleinerman 10K.) I hope to meet him for additional mileage after his race, but we'll see...
