I'm a little pissed that my watch didn't have enough memory to store the whole workout. When I went to recall, I only had the first interval and the first rest saved. The first mile was 5:51.04. Subsequent miles were between 5:46-5:53 so the total average for all six mile repeats was about 5:50.
It felt good running this pace and I could have done more but I figured this was enough.
Looking forward to an easy day tomorrow morning.

ReplyDeleteI missed my run workout, but did play 90 minutes of squash with John H. I suppose it was a good cross training / leg strengthening day (90 min. of squash is basically 90 min. of lunges). I'm pissed at myself. Especially since yesterday was such a beautiful day.
