Active Recovery | 4 miles | Treadmill
I'm having serious trouble motivating myself for outdoor runs. Fortunately, today's workout was one that could easily be done on the treadmill. I ran four miles straight at the following paces: 7:24/mile, 8:00/mile, 8:00/mile, 7:24/mile. It wasn't particularly difficult, which is a very good thing given tomorrow's hard work.
Pace: Easy
Total distance: 4 miles

Met Oyen for dinner in NJ and didn't get a workout in. I'm hoping to get some good work in tonight though. Will post workout post run. Still sore from wall-ball shots on Tuesday.
