HIIT | 4 Miles | Treadmill
Today's weather wasn't too bad, but I was feeling a bit lazy and didn't want to bother with the trip to Central Park or the track on the Lower East Side. I went down to the gym in my building and ran four miles at a 7:24/mile average and a 1.0% incline. About 2 miles into the run, I added some high intensity interval training ("HIIT"). 10 x 30" on, 30" off as fast at the treadmill would go (12 mph or a 5:00/mile pace).
Pace: 7:24 average
Total Distance: 4 miles
