Went for a one hour active recovery run down in beautiful Vienna, VA. The wind was whipping and the calves were sore from yesterday's race but it felt great to shake out a 3 hour car ride and a monster breakfast of pancakes and a Western omlet.

Not a clue on pace or miles covered
