Active Recovery | 4 Miles | Treadmill
Even though today's workout was relatively easy, I was definitely feeling yesterday's interval pace work about a mile and half into the workout. I ran four miles straight through, averaging an 8:15/mile pace, but my pace fluctuated between 8:00/mile and 8:57/mile. I'm dreading tomorrow's speed work. It was a good thing I got in some easy miles today to flush the legs of any lingering lactic acid from Tuesday.

Ran 31 minutes flat in the rain around the picturesque neighborhoods surrounding the PU campus. Ran easy in prep for workout in the morning to come.
