Day 58: Monday, January 18th, 2010

Tonight's run was a redo of the 10 x 4on 1off. i aimed to run a bit steadier from the outset and was surprised with my pacing. I did need to take extended rest after interval 4 in order to switch into shorts due to some really bad chaffage in a really bad area caused by unfortunate seams in my new running long tights. It was a rookie mistake.

  1. Solid, Joseph. You're looking really strong for this weekend. Sorry I haven't been posting for a few days, but rest assured, I've been training hard.

    Thursday I rode 75 miles on my bike. 25 miles in Central Park with NYAC and 50 miles over the George Washington Bridge to River Road with a teammate from Full Throttle Endurance. Friday, I took it easy with a light, easy jog (my legs were toast). Saturday was a really hard 50 mile ride in Central Park with NYAC. Sunday was a day off. Monday was a light 4 mile jog.
