Long Run | 14 Miles | Central Park
Temperatures were in the teens, single digits if taking into account the wind chill factor, but the half-marathon is only two weeks away and I really need to get in a few long runs before the race, so I sucked it up and met Cara and Joe in Central Park for a couple of laps. To be honest, I didn't really notice the cold after the first mile or two. Running kept it bearable and the conversation kept my mind off the cold. Check out the map below and click on it for more stats:
I'm going to start using RunKeeper for all my outdoor runs now, so it should be easier for you to follow along from home.
Pace: 8:30ish average
Total Distance: 14 miles (including my run home)
