NYAC Cycling | 24 Miles | Central Park

Rode four laps of the Park with NYAC's cycling team. I meant to also run this afternoon, but didn't get to it. I'm planning on hitting the track hard tomorrow morning.

    Still working out the kinks with the Garmin.

    Didn't get my warm up but did get the rest.

    6 x 5minutes on 1 minute off
    total excluding ~1mile warm up but including rests
    39:59.88
    6:24 pace mile
    6.26 miles

    1. 5:53 pace
    2. 5:53 pace
    3. 5:53 pace
    4. 6:05 pace
    5. 6:09 pace
    6. 5:54 pace

    Felt ok.
