Felt a bit recovered from the unusual chest/stomach aches that plagued me yesterday.
No running today but did an old crossfit workout.
5 rounds of
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 bodyweight squats
Given my weak ass arms at the moment, I used a chair to help with the pull ups. Also, kipping was not possible given my use of a door jam pull up apparatus.
Overall I know I'll be feeling this tomorrow.
Looking forward to an early morning run and probably some med ball wall ball.
